Reducing Re-offending Network

PiRR will focus on the following Themes, drawn from the Resettlement Strategy for London, the National Reducing Re-offending Delivery Plan and NOMS' Five Year Strategy for Protecting the Public and Reducing Re-offending. The Resettlement Strategy for London was launched in September 2005.

PiRR Themes

Revolving Doors Agency hosted a series of seminars on each of the PiRR Themes during April – September 2005.

Aims of Reducing Re-offending Network:

Each seminar will be an opportunity to learn more about how PiRR can contribute to the performance and growth of the voluntary and community sector and meet the needs of the ROM and offenders in London.

Reducing Re-offending Network Workshops:

Service User Involvement

Service-user involvement will be a vital component of the developmental process, informing and shaping decisions at every stage. All meetings of the Network will be attended by service-user representatives. The representatives will be nominated following a separate service-user led discussion, which will precede each meeting of the Network.

More information about these service-user led discussion events is available here.
