PiRR Steering Group is the development forum for the consortia-building, service modeling and capacity building
processes. It is composed of representatives from each of the consortia, statutory sector sponsors and specialist
consultants.

- share the learning of each of the

- manage the implementation and development of the

- develop the relationship between the ROM, Prison, Probation and the PiRR project
- define clear terms of reference and working protocols for the PiRR Project
